• We are pleased to offer exchanges within 5 working days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition, with all tags attached. Items should be carefully packaged for return and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

• Customers are kindly asked to cover return shipping and handling fees. In the rare event that an incorrect or faulty item is supplied, The Violet Signature will be pleased to cover the return shipping costs provided valid proof (such as photos or order details) is supplied.

• Please note: Products that have been damaged, altered, or modified after purchase are not eligible for exchange. Refunds are not available; only exchanges or account credit may be offered where applicable.
